Marc Kozberg is responsible for the strategic direction of Oak Ridge Financial and advises on deep value investment opportunities. He was also general partner and portfolio manager of the Xenia Contrarian Partners Investment Fund. Mr. Kozberg has worked as a private client portfolio advisor specializing in deep value investing since 1985 and has been the General Partner and Portfolio Manager of two deep value private investment partnerships. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Mr. Kozberg served as CEO of Oak Ridge Capital Group, President of Equity Investment Advisors, and President of Dougherty Summit Advisors. Mr. Kozberg has also taken the lead on several proactive investor groups that have acquired significant equity positions in deep value opportunities in several publicly traded and private companies. Mr. Kozberg has served on the Board of Directors of several companies.
Mr. Kozberg graduated from University of Minnesota with a BSB degree with a Finance emphasis. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Barron’s, and has been described by the Minneapolis Star Tribune as "one of the Twin Cities sharpest stock pickers."
