The Oak Ridge Financial Services Group, Inc. (ORFSG)
    Business Continuity Plan Disclosure

The Oak Ridge Financial Services Group, Inc. (“ORFSG”) maintains a business continuity plan, which addresses interruptions to our normal course of business. This plan is reviewed annually and updated as necessary. Our Disclosure Statement is available on our web site at www.oakridgefinancial.com and is available in written form upon request. ORFSG’s correspondent clearing firms, Southwest Securities, Inc. and J.P. Morgan Clearing Corp. also have business continuity plans; summaries of their plans are available at and www.swst.com/pdf/bcp.pdf and www.bearstearns.com respectively.

The plan outlines the actions ORFSG will take in the event of a single-building, citywide, or regional business interruption, including relocating technology and operational personnel to pre-assigned alternate local facilities. Technology data processing can also be switched to an alternate regional data center. As part of this plan, ORFSG backs up both its physical and electronic records and stores them at an off-site location.

ORFSG operational facilities are equipped for resumption of business and are tested several times per year. Our recovery time objective for business resumption is four to twelve hours including those involving a relocation of personnel or technology. This recovery time may be negatively affected by the availability of external resources and circumstances beyond our control.

If you are not able to contact us or our clearing firm, alternate phone numbers are: ORFSG: (763) 923-2200 or our Arizona branch (866) 378-4890; Southwest Securities, Inc. (866) 797-5227; J.P. Morgan Clearing Corp. (347) 643-4927. J.P. Morgan Clearing Corp. will only accept liquidating orders, wire instructions, check requests and ACAT Transfers only.

In the case where our headquarters location is closed (single building, citywide, business district), ORFSG plans to continue business during this type of event and will transfer its mission-critical activities to our backup locations and/or branch office. Communications will have to be done by telephone (land lines) or cell phone, assuming no access to, and no power to the building. The planned recovery time objective for mission-critical activities is twelve (12) hours.

Our planned recovery time for business resumption may be negatively impacted by the unavailability of external resources and other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a significant business disruption, we will supply additional information at the phone number listed above.
