Joe joined Oak Ridge in 2003 as Vice President of Investments in the Private Client Services Group. He began his career in the financial services industry in 1987 with John G. Kinnard and Co. He is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist, and enjoys designing, explaining, and implementing investment strategies for individual and corporate clients. He is a former President of the St. Paul Optimist Club and is a St. Thomas Alumni Board Member. He is also a trustee for the St. Paul Jaycee Charitable Foundation and a member of the San Miguel Middle School of Minneapolis Board of Directors. Joe received his B.A. in Business Administration and Aerospace Studies from the University of St. Thomas. Outside of work, Joe is involved with the Minneapolis Aquatennial celebration; in 2002 he was the Commodore and in 2007 was the Ambassador Organization President.
