Nancy Swanson joined Oakridge Financial in 2009 as Vice President in the Private Client Group. She began her career in financial services with Morgan Stanley in 2001 after an 18 year executive career at Northwest Airlines where she held positions in finance, marketing, advertising, customer service and organizational development. As a financial advisor, Ms. Swanson’s focus is to help her clients make smart choices about their money. A typical new client has a clear goal for their future but an unclear vision of how to get there. By establishing long-term relationships with her clients, she becomes coach, partner and strategist as they build and retain wealth and achieve long term financial security for their families. In her practice, Ms. Swanson works with individuals, small businesses, trusts and non-profits. When not working, Nancy spends her time involved with family, friends, fitness, reading, movies (the older the better), cooking and volunteering (Guthrie Theatre). She and her husband, Craig, have been married 40 years. They have two adult sons and 2 granddaughters (Riley and Lula) who fortunately live only 3 miles away. Two Siberian Huskies and 5 Arabian horses round out the household.
