Phillip joined the Private Client Group of Oak Ridge Financial in June of 2011. He began his career as a stock broker with Dain Kalman & Quail in December of 1975. Subsequently he worked at John G. Kinnard & Co. and Feltl and Company specializing in financing emerging growth companies.
He is a published author with two books: Ultra Superior, the first book on the Superior endurance trail races, and HARMONIZING: Keys to Living in the Song of Life, a manual for living. He is senior editor for Snowshoe Magazine, a senior writer for the United States Snowshoe Association, becoming the most prolific writer of the sport. He uniquely writes about drag racing with his column focused on the Media’s coverage of the events. He enjoys training for and competing in ultra distance trail races and snowshoe competitions.
