The Structured Finance group brings over 50 years of collective capital markets expertise to its clients, most of whom are early stage specialty finance companies looking to expand their business. We have a strong track record of success advising and securing capital for small and middle markets companies. Our resume of transactions spans numerous asset classes, from auto receivables, powersports loans, auto leases, residential and commercial mortgage loans, to broader more esoteric asset classes like green energy, future flow agreements, and margin loans backed by precious metals.
