Jennifer joined Oak Ridge Financial in April 2026.
Jennifer brings more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience in financial services. She built her HR foundation in the technology industry before transitioning to financial services, holding roles at Piper Jaffray and RBC Wealth Management, where she served as Head of Human Resources for the Private Client Group. Jennifer has also consulted with nonprofits and other financial services firms.
Jennifer joined Oak Ridge Financial to bring best-in-class human resources practices and support the continued growth of its already exceptional culture. She is thrilled to be in an industry she is passionate about, alongside a talented team that truly values its people — and the difference they make for clients and each other.
She enjoys time with her daugher and grandson, walking her dog, water aerobics, time at her farm, oil painting, and reading.
