Scott Rickford

Scott joined Oak Ridge as Vice President – Investments in 2004.
Scott believes each individual and family is unique with different challenges, goals and expectations, and that having a defined process with investments and planning is imperative to achieving those goals. He surrounds himself with experts in their respective fields to assist clients in meeting their objectives.
He began his financial services career with Prudential Securities in 1999, and has been named a Twin Cities Five Star Wealth Manager from 2013-2019 by Five Star Professional.
Scott holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of North Dakota.
Outside of the office, Scott is very active in wheelchair sports and weightlifting. In 2016 he was selected to the inaugural USA Wheelchair Softball Team that competed in Sapporo, Japan, and has travelled across the country competing in tournaments. He holds the world disabled record in the WABDL Federation as well as the Minnesota state record for bench press.
