Teresa Hermes

Teresa joined Oak Ridge Financial in November 2025.

Teresa joins Oak Ridge from a small RIA firm, where she supported advisors and clients across all aspects of account management. She began her career at American Express Financial Advisors after graduating from the University of Minnesota and later held roles in the retirement services divisions at U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo.

Teresa is known for her thoughtful, high-touch approach and commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active outdoors, and relaxing at her family cabin in northern Wisconsin.
